The agreement, in language you can read

This is the full rental policy — the same text that appears on the agreement you sign at handover. If anything below is unclear, ask before you book rather than after.

Rental policy

v4 · 12 June 2026

Who may drive

The named renter must be at least 23 years old and have held a full licence for two years. Supercar and Luxury classes require 28 years and five years of licence. Additional drivers must meet the same conditions and be listed on the agreement before the car moves. Anyone driving who is not on the agreement voids the insurance entirely.

Documents

A valid driving licence, a passport or national ID card, and the payment card used for the deposit, all in the renter's own name. EU, UK, Swiss and Serbian licences are accepted as issued; all others require an International Driving Permit alongside the original.

Deposit

Deposits run from €300 to €5,000 by class and are pre-authorised on the renter's card at handover — held, not taken. Zero-excess insurance halves the amount. The hold is released within 48 hours of return, subject to any charge agreed in writing beforehand.

Fuel

Petrol and diesel cars are handed over full and must come back full. Short tanks are refilled by us and billed at the pump price on the receipt, with no service charge added. Electric cars leave above 90% state of charge and must return above 30%.

Mileage

Unlimited kilometres on Electric, SUV, Sport and Luxury classes. Supercar class includes 150 km per day, aggregated across the rental, with €2 per kilometre beyond that. Extra kilometres can be bought in advance at €1.20 if you tell us before pick-up.

Damage and condition

Every panel, wheel, the interior and the odometer are photographed at handover and at return, and both reports are emailed to the renter. Only differences between the two reports can be charged. Any new damage is quoted from our published body-shop rate card and sent for written agreement before a single euro leaves the deposit.

Cancellation and no-shows

Cancel free of charge until 48 hours before pick-up. Inside 48 hours we retain one rental day. A no-show without contact is charged two rental days. If we cancel — a mechanical fault, an accident on a previous rental — you get the next class up at your original price, or a full release with nothing charged.

Cross-border travel

The EU, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina are permitted with a €35 permit arranged at least 48 hours in advance. Supercar class may not leave Serbia. Kosovo requires separate border insurance bought at the crossing and is not covered by our policy.

Traffic fines and tolls

Tolls incurred on the electronic tag are billed at cost. Fines are passed on with the original ticket attached and no administrative markup.

Late return

A grace period of 59 minutes applies. Beyond that, a further day is charged at the standard daily rate plus a €60 handling fee, and the car may be reported as overdue if we cannot reach the renter.

Terms of service

v3 · 30 April 2026

Requests are not bookings

Submitting a request through this website creates no contract and takes no payment. A booking exists only once we confirm it and you receive that confirmation in writing. Until then the car is not held.

Pricing

Every price shown includes 20% VAT and is itemised before you submit. Length discounts apply automatically from the seventh and twenty-eighth day. We do not add cleaning, admin or airport fees that were not visible on the quote you accepted.

Availability

The fleet page shows live availability. If a car becomes unavailable between your request and our confirmation, we say so and offer the closest equivalent rather than substituting silently.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the rental. We are not liable for consequential loss — missed flights, missed meetings — beyond providing a replacement car within four hours anywhere in Vojvodina.

Privacy

v2 · 3 February 2026

What we collect

Name, email, phone, driving licence and ID details, and the rental history attached to them. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.

Why we hold it

To confirm you may legally drive the car, to invoice you, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to vehicle rental in Serbia. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers.

How long

Booking and invoice records are kept for the statutory period. Licence and ID scans are deleted twelve months after your last completed rental unless a claim is open.

Your rights

Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion at zdravo@keyandgo.rs and we act within 30 days. Documents are stored in a private bucket and served only through short-lived signed links.
