Every request gets a KG reference on screen and by email. Type it in below — no sign-in, no password, nothing to remember.
What each status means
- Pending
- You sent the request. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed yet.
- Awaiting info
- We need one more document or a clarification before we can hold the car.
- Confirmed
- The car is reserved in your name for those exact dates.
- Active
- Keys are with you. Running cost is visible in your account, day by day.
- Overdue
- The car is past its return time. Late charges accrue daily.
- Completed
- Car returned, final invoice issued, deposit released.
- Cancelled
- Called off before pick-up. Nothing further is owed.
- Rejected
- We could not take this one on, and the reason is on the booking.
